Sambal Scholarship is a financial assistance scheme under the Labor Department of the State of Madhya Pradesh. This scholarship scheme is also known as MMJKY or Mukhyamantri Jana kalyan Yojana Scheme. It is basically a scholarship scheme for students of unorganized workers of Madhya Pradesh state. Through this scheme, students whose parents registered on Sambal.mp.gov.in portal and having Sambal cards get academic assistance. The main objective of this scholarship is to provide educational support. Important educational expenses such as course fees, tuition fees or admission fees are covered through this scholarship scheme.

Only sons or daughters of unorganized workers of the state of Madhya Pradesh can apply for the Sambal Scholarship Scheme (MMJKY). But remember that if the unorganized workers have Sambal card then the students in their family can participate in this scholarship scheme. Many a times we can see that financial problem is a major factor in acquiring education. This financial problem is also seen in higher education. Therefore, when the student’s of unorganized workers’ families are enrolled in an undergraduate, post graduate, polytechnic, diploma, ITI or a PhD level doctoral course, the government provides important educational financial assistance like admission fee, tuition fee, or course fee through this Mukhyamantri Janakalyan Yojana scholarship.

Eligibility Of Sambal medhavi kalyan Scholarship

A student must know the eligibility criteria before applying for the scholarship program. Now we will discuss that in detail.

• Only students belonging to the family of unorganized worker can participate in this scholarship scheme.
• Student’s parents must be a registered unorganized workers on sambal.mp.gov.in portal.
• Student’s parents should have Sambal Card.
• Student must be s permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh State.
• Students who are enrolled in medical courses and engineering courses are also eligible to apply for this scheme.
• Students enrolled in National Law University through CLAT can also participate in this scheme.

• Students can participate in this scheme if they rank within 1.5 lakh in jee exam.
• Students who take admission in National Law University through the CLAT exam test can also apply and take the benefit of this scholarship scheme.

Sambal Scholarship Registration

• Visit the official medhavi kalyan portal https://www.medhavikalyan.mp.gov.in/sambalscholarship/.
• As a new applicant, go to registration and provide your family ID or Samagra ID.
• Now your Samagra ID will fatched.
• Enter your basic and academic information like applicant name, DOB, class 10 marksheet details, phone number, active mail ID, parent’s name etc.
• After that provide your parent’s Sambal ID information during registration.
• Then in the next step enter your address details (Correspondence and present).
• Now after checking the declaration, solve a captcha.
• Then you have to check the form validation process.
• Now Save your Registration details. and finally you’ll get your user ID and Password. (Please write the user ID and password for future uses)

How to apply for Sambal Scholarship?

• First login @https://www.medhavikalyan.mp.gov.in/sLogin.aspx and
• upload your passport size photo.
• Provide higher secondary school name, roll number, board, address etc and upload marksheet.
• If you’re a NEET, JEE, CLAT, or AIIMS exam test qualified student then upload required certificate (if applicable).
• For SC, ST, OBC students, upload your category certificate.
• Then upload fee receipt, admission slip, and last qualified exam marksheet.
• Enter your institute details, annual family income as well as parent’s occupation.
• At the final step, register your application and lock your application.
