APAAR ID has been launched by the Government of India. This ID card is made for students only. Government of India has taken a plan that has proposed to launch one nation one student ID card across the country. This Apaar ID card is a 12 digit ID which will be used as a special ID system for all students. Through this card, students will get various facilities. This initiative was taken by the Government of India in 2020. Students can digitally save all academic information like education certificates, rank card, progress report through this Apaar ID card. To complete the registration process and apply of this apaar student ID card, you’ve to visit the official website apaar.education.gov.in. Apaar ID card is a 12 digit digital unique ID card for students that can digitally store academic data from primary education level to higher education level. So students do not have to carry any academy certificate. If students have any academic record, they can store all this information digitally through this ID card.

- Step 1, The academic institute will issue the provisional apaar number.
- Step 2, Now you have to verify your provisional apaar id number against demographic details.
- Step 3, Then you have to authenticate yourself (parents also).
- Step 4, You must have a digilocker id and the apaar id will be send to your digilocker account.
