Health insurance
Sambal Card will provide health insurance facility to unorganized workers. Financial assistance ranges from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 4 lakh depending on the situation.
Disability assistance
For partial disability, Sambal card holders will get Rs 1 lakh for unorganized workers and for permanent disability, Sambal card holders will get Rs 2 lakh.

Apply For Sambal Card- Sambal Card Kaise Banaye
To make Sambal Card, first of all the applicant has to go to the official portal Sambal 2.0 of Madhya Pradesh Government. Then he will have to do registration, e-KYC and then apply. If everything is submitted successfully, the applicant will get the Sambal Card online after the verification process. To apply for Sambal Card, first of all it is necessary to have Samagra ID, therefore applicants who do not have Samagra ID will have to first apply for Samagra ID. - Applicants must first visit the official portal Sambal.mp.gov.in.
- Then the applicant has to select the Apply for Registration process.
- Now the applicant has to search by his family ID and composite ID number.
- All applicants who have not done eKYC must complete eKYC. And those who have eKYC can check their personal details and address in the personal details section.
- In the personal details section, applicants can see their name, parents’ name, Aadhaar card number, Gram Panchayat or GP, District, Pin Code and even photo obtained from Aadhaar.

- What is his educational qualification?
- What is its business category?
- How much land does it have? And
- Is he a government employee? All this information should be given.

- Finally after selecting other family members and checking the terms and conditions of the application, the option to save the application will be enabled. , And as soon as we click on it, our application will be submitted.
- Once the application is submitted, we will get the User ID and Application Number. After that the verification process of our application will start.

- Select the Application Status option under Sambal Application Status .
- Now provide the applicant’s composite ID, and application number .

- Now applicant can check his/her personal information, Aadhaar number, category of work etc.
- The status page will also contain information about the name of the investigating officer, date of survey, scheduled date, local body of the applicant and the current status of the Sambal Card application.
